My work centers on helping people live and lead with intention. Over the years, I founded Titan Global Advisory, where I served as a trusted thought partner to CEOs.

My Story

​My path led me into writing, entrepreneurship, and meaningful work centered on change, beginning with my first startup, Make the Change. Along the way, life deepened the curriculum: raising two daughters, caring for four dogs, living in Washington, DC, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Northern Virginia, on a peninsula, on a small New England island with five houses, and finally making my home in the Historic Williamsburg, Virginia area. I wrote through it all, with a dozen or so published books through the years. Books have always been a place I turn for learning and healing. One of my favorite things to do is spend hours in an old library.

My professional experience spans journalism, academia, a Fortune 100 company, and building my own small businesses, Titan Global Advisory and The Life Strategy Institute. I also bring two decades of recovery, along with a committed personal practice of wellness and meditation.

I believe we are capable of building lives that are real, authentic, and aligned with what matters most.

That may mean reshaping how you lead, rethinking your work, writing your story, or learning how to be fully present in the life you already have.
